Challenges

Metro, the brand with a long history, gave us the opportunity to create an amazing headquarter redecoration that boosts workers’ productivity.
At the moment when we started working with Metro, the company passed through a big international rebranding. Their urgent need at the moment was to refresh the working environment with the purpose of giving it a personal touch and highlighting the employer and employees desires.

 

As a result, we changed the existing problems in opportunities and we created a space that works for everyone.

Along the way, we put together the colors and the messages in order to develop a communication concept around the employees’ needs.
The work that we have done not only reshaped their perceptions of the workplace but created a proper environment that increased their satisfaction. We took a creative approach that highlighted the brand personality in a vibrant and positive way.
